MOSFET, The metal–oxide–semiconductor field-effect transistor, is a semiconductor device which is deifferent than normal semiconductors because, along with P and N type materials, metal oxides insulator is used to give better enhancements to the semiconductor.

There are three terminal on a typical MOSFET: The Source, The Drain and The Gate.

It is based on the method of controlling current or electron flow through the semiconductor where the current is proportional to the gate and the drain. Temparuter is inversly proportional to recurring conductivity of current.
