Where heard about: John heard about 24online from his nabour.
Getting started: John got the phone number for 24online customer service and made an order for the connection.
Installation: John doesn't know how to install his internet connection so he has to call the customer service again. He now finds out that he has to go and by a new cable to get the connection working. After getting the cable John gets the connection working.
Usage: John has been quite satisfied with his new internet connection.

General feadback: John says the speed is "ok" but highlights the cheap prize.
Improvements: John says it would be good if it was pointed out clearly in the ordering phase what a new costumer has to do in order to get the installation done easily.
