The work in Metropolis is strongly centralized on the web. The different phases (information retrieval, planning, sketching, ideas, method information, finished productions, and so on) are stored on the web (in a Wiki for example), so that the process would be as open as possible and so that the materials from different phases can be put to use all-round and asynchronous.
