HiHello,
Interviewers for the assistant job in AdsInk were professional and it felt natural to talk with them. The interview atmosphere was quite formal. The interviewers were well prepared which made the whole process very fluent and professional. Both of the interviewers showed a very favorable working environment of the company. The questions were quite common, but the order and emphasis showed clearly what they expect for this certain job. They demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and interview experience in follow-up questions, which were very concentrated on applicant's answers and personal treats towards the job requirements.
One disappointment is there was no feedback on my CV or cover letter in the interview; but there were few questions based on my CV contents. Moreover, the length of the interview is quite appropriate, but some extra time could contribute to an even better understanding of both the company and the applicant.
The feedback they gave a week later through email is quite weak and informal. Would like to know more specific comments on my cover letter, CV and interview performance.
atmophere was like in a real interview and was good practise.
For what I have heard both of the interviewers had previous experience on interviewing people and you were able to notice. Questions were relevant to the job and very basic. Most of the questions were related to my previous job. Both interviewers were asking questions and I felt they were genuinely interested of what I answered.
The feedback given of the CV, cover letter and the interview was quite brief and general. Of course there was many applicants to give feedback for but I would have hoped it to be a little bit more specific.
Thank you for your time
