Interviewers for the assistant job in AdsInk were professional and it felt natural to talk with them. The atmophere was like in a real interview and was good practise.
For what I have heard both of the interviewers had previous experience on interviewing people and you were able to notice. Questions were relevant to the job and very basic. Most of the questions were related to my previous job. Both interviewers were asking questions and I felt they were genuinely interested of what I answered.
The feedback given of the CV, cover letter and the interview was quite brief and general. Of course there was many applicants to give feedback for but I would have hoped it to be a little bit more specific.
