• Where and when will the test take place?
The test would be carried out in one of the computer rooms in school later next week.

MB: what is the criteria that the task you mentioned above can be seen to be complited?

• What user aids will be made available to the test users (manuals, online help, etc)?
They will get assistance from us.

MB: how much? the amount of assistant you give makes a difference in the analysis of the data - you have to remember to take this into account when we come to that part.

• To what extend will the experimenter be allowed to help the users during the test?
For example when they can't find a link, they can ask us and we can show them. If they can't do a task we can show them how to do it.
