Please add your feedback comments on the interview structure, the atmosphere, the questions, the professionalism of the interviewers here:
The interview was well structured, and friendly on a professional level. They gave no indication of indicator what kind of answers they were looking for. If it was a real interview I would guess that they already had someone in mind, but that's only a general feeling. They gave me a fair chance to answer the questions.
- In a real life situation, I try to get a handle on what it is the company is looking for, but I wasn't able to do that here.
- I presented grades and certificates but was not asked for them, contributing to the feeling that it probably would not go my way. That's certainly no negative comment on them, it's the way the cookie crumbles. They were happy to have a look.
- The interview lasted roughly 15 minutes.
Interviewers were professional but maybe the logistics was not so important to them, even though they were advertising the job in a logistics firm. It was more a position for marketing/PR. This showed also in the interview, as the interview was more about the creativity etc. It is important as well, of course. The questions were tricky enough, and it was very nice to see that they had seen trouble really going through our cv's, and asking tough questions about it.
Feedback #2
The interview was was organized in the very professional and realistic way. The interviewers created a very relaxing atmosphere, there was no pressure and all in all the interview was held in a good pace. As for the questions, to my mind, they were quite common and easy to answer (e.g. there were quite a lot of questions that were given during the lectures as examples). As a tip for the future, it may be useful to use some more creative tasks or questions for the applicants as well. However, the general impression after the interview is very positive. I would like to thank especially for the feedback which were written by the 4th year students.
