Lean services: The new context, the new audience -- aiheen ennakkoesittely

There is a new context. Startups are forcing agencies to re-evaluate the way they think and operate. Service based products are emerging as a powerful tool for new kinds of relationships with customers. Shifting the focus away from traditional brand, message and campaign to utility, experience and connection.

There is a new audience who are looking to a different species of service. Made by Many is configured to react to these opportunities. Employing a constantly changing hybrid process that utilises many of the best features of service design, agile software development and lean startup. From a "whiteboard rationalisation culture" to a "experimenting with customer's culture".

A conversation about the role of service design in this process.
