TIEDOKSENNE:
Bongasin alla olevan Ergo Pikaksen viestin LinkeIn:stä. Kyseessä on siis vastaanvanlainen tutkimus mitä me olemme tekemässä. Merkille pantavaa on, että ko. kaverin työtä valvoo prof. Rafael Sacks, joka on BIM sektorin yksi kuuluisimmista tutkijoista ja kirjojen kirjoittajista.
Survey: Industry requirements for BIM education!
Dear Colleague,
When you employ a graduate (BSc or MSc) civil engineer for a construction management job, what are the BIM skills and knowledge you expect him or her to bring from their university education?
As a civil engineering student in construction management, I am currently pursuing an MSc at the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, under the supervision of Prof. Rafael Sacks. As part of my final thesis on the topic 'Evaluation of University-level BIM Education in Construction Engineering and Management' I am attempting to map the industry requirements for graduate engineers in terms of BIM education. Therefore, I am respectfully asking you to share your thoughts on the question above, by taking part in the survey at: http://www.survsoft.com/esurv.php?s=30178&k=11074-0-11010, or we can set up a Skype meeting if better for you, or you want share more than asked (ergo.pikas@gmail.com)!
• Estimated time to complete the survey is approx. 25 minutes
• I suggest that you take look at Bloom's taxonomy, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bloom%27s_taxonomy, in advance or have it available while completing the survey.
I would also like to ask you to share this survey link with your colleagues
