Mike John Otto is Managing Director and Creative Director at Hi-ReS! Not only born in Münster, Germany, Mike studied there as well- at the University of Applied Sciences Münster. 4 years and one or two twists of fate later Mike moved to London to Freelance under his label, stereoplastic.com. After a couple of months with daily fish and chips he moved to Hamburg to start first as a Senior Designer at Razorfish (2000-2002), then as an Art Director at Elephant Seven (2003), as a Creative Director at BBDO Interone (2004-2007) and as a founding partner and Head of Creation of BlackBeltMonkey in 2007. Since summer 2011 he runs the hamburg Hi-ReS! Studio. In addition his studio based practice Mike is member of the Art Directors Club Germany, D&AD and lectures at various design schools in German
