  • Demo presentation/Sales pitch
  • Wireframes, the prototype is still not functional
  • The main income of the site will be the banners
  • Own banner system has to be created

Risks:

  • The prototype will not be ready in time
  • There are still holes in the business plan

Contingency plan:

  • Still working on the business plan
  • Narrow down the scope of the application
  • Finding the core functionalities

Next steps:

  • Continue working on the prototype based on the wireframes
  • More brainstorming about how actually the business would look like
