We connected the solar panel and tried it inside with lamp light. When solar panel was lifted right under a lamp it was able to produce from 0,0 A to 0,1 A. 0,1 A just blinked occasionally so it didn't really produce at all.
Then we tried it outside. Weather was cloudy and a little bit rainy, temperature approximately +1 to +3 degrees of Celsius. It was around noon. Solar panel didn't produce outside at all.

Another solar panel test outside. Weather conditions were mostly cloudy and temperature was approximately -1 degrees of Celsius. Experiment was around 11 and 12 o'clock. Solar panel produced between 0,0 to 0,3 A and occasionally even 0,4 A. It went always back and forth from zero to 0,3 A or 0,4 A and then back to zero.
