Status:

  • Basic idea of the product even clearer
  • Met Deborah Laine from WOT and got a pretty extensive idea of the company and what it can offer to this product
  • SG presentation on the way...
  • Roles inside the team planned

Risks:

  • Team members do not contribute equally
  • Sicknesses, deaths
  • We cannot define what we need from the companies, can we define the right questions
  • communication between the companies and us

Contingency plan: Actions to decrease the risk here

  • Active communication from our side
  • PENALTY for not showing up
  • in a group brainstorm the questions and prepare well for the SG meetings
  • Take aspirin, drink less
