MobiHealth, 28.09.2010

Status: 

  • First mockup is done
  • First business plane is ready. (Presentation slide is done.)
  • Google group is formed.

Risks:                   * Finding a customer

  • Time frame
  • Programming Issues
  • Not knowing the customer well

Contingency plan:

  • Find other organizations who can be a customer/ do more research on it.
  • Tries to minimize the new ideas.
  • Looking for help.
  • Gathering information from a local sources. 

Next steps: 

  • Tries to use Google groups.  
  • Finding more information about the content.
  • Research on technologies that we can use.
  • Try to do a demo version.
