  • We have to work on the business logic, how the banners are shown, what is the relation with the recommendations
  • Customer feedback is missing
  • List of potential customers

Risks:

  • Without solid business logic the coding may delay
  • We don't know how the banners would be sold

Contingency plan:

  • Putting more effort on creating the business logic, finding out what things are needed
  • Get feedback from endusers

Next steps:

  • Coding the application according to the business logic
  • Defining how the banners and the recommendations are to be shown
